As the data controller, we have implemented various technical and organizational measures to ensure the comprehensive protection of personal data processed through our services. Please be aware that while we take security measures seriously, internet-based data transmissions may have inherent security vulnerabilities, and absolute protection cannot be guaranteed.

2. Information Collection and Distribution

Information We Collect

We do not require users to provide personal information such as their real name, postal address, or email address in order to use the app. However, when you use our app, we and our third-party service providers may automatically collect certain information.

Automatically Collected Information

This information may include:

Do third parties access or see this information? Yes. We may share or allow access to such information with third parties as described in this Privacy Policy, including service providers acting on our behalf, analytics providers, and advertising partners.

3. Automatic Data Collection and Advertising

We use third-party services to support analytics, crash reporting, app stability, and advertising.

Firebase (including Analytics and Crashlytics)
We use Firebase services provided by Google to better understand app usage, improve app performance, and detect technical problems. Firebase services may process device information, identifiers, app usage data, crash logs, diagnostics data, and IP-based approximate location information.

AdMob
We use AdMob provided by Google to display ads in the app. AdMob may process advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location information, and information about ad interactions. Where permitted by law and based on your consent preferences, ads may be personalized.

We process this information for the following purposes:

4. Regular Deletion and Blocking of Personal Data

We, as the data controller, will only process and retain your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the intended purpose of storage, as permitted by European legislation or other relevant laws and regulations that apply to us. If the purpose of storage no longer applies, or if a storage period prescribed by European legislation or another competent legislator expires, your personal data will be routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with legal requirements.

5. Rights of the data subject

Depending on the law applicable to your place of residence, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction or deletion, request restriction of processing, object to certain processing activities, withdraw consent at any time for future processing, and lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority. In Switzerland, the competent authority is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC / EDÖB). In the European Economic Area, you may contact the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the contact details provided in this Privacy Policy.

6. Advertising Companies

We work with the following advertising companies:

AdMob

AdMob is one of the world's largest mobile advertising platforms, serving banner and text ads across mobile websites and applications. Read about their privacy policy here.

FireBase

Firebase gives developers functionality like analytics, databases, messaging and crash reporting so that they can move quickly and focus on your users. Read more about Firebase privacy and security information here.

What Are Your Opt-Out Options?

Users of our apps and games have multiple opt-out options:

  1. Uninstall the Application: You can stop all information collection by our apps and games by uninstalling them. Use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or through the mobile application marketplace or network.
  2. Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising: You can opt-out of allowing us to access your location data for targeted advertising. You have the following options:

Please note that when you opt out, you may still see the same number of ads on your mobile device, but they may be less relevant because they won't be based on your interests. Our advertising partners may continue to serve ads based on other non-personal information, such as the content of the application you are using.

Switching from Device IDs to Advertising Identifier: We have switched from using device IDs to the Advertising Identifier, which allows advertisers to use this identifier exclusively for advertising purposes and nothing else. Users can choose to opt out of tracking through their mobile phone settings. The Advertising Identifier is an anonymous identifier for advertising purposes, enabling users to reset their identifier or opt out of interest-based ads. Advertising participants are obligated to respect users' preferences for opting out of tracking in accordance with app store guidelines.

For Android Devices

For Android devices with OS 2.2 and up and Google Play Services version 4.0 and up:

  1. Open your Google Settings app.
  2. Navigate to Ads.
  3. Enable "Opt Out of Interest-Based Advertising."

7. Legal basis for the processing

8. The legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party

When processing personal data under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, our legitimate interest is to support the operation, security, stability, and continuous improvement of our services.

9. Provision of Personal Data

The provision of personal data may be required by law (e.g., tax regulations) or contractual agreements (e.g., contractual partner information). Failure to provide personal data required for contract fulfillment may result in the inability to conclude the contract. Data subjects will be informed by Our app about the necessity of providing personal data, whether it is required by law or contract, any obligations to provide such data, and the consequences of non-provision.

10. Automated Decision-Making

We do not engage in automatic decision-making or profiling as a responsible company.

11. Data Retention and Managing Your Information

We will retain Automatically Collected information. If you wish to have User Provided Data that you provided through our services deleted, please contact us.

12. Children

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 16 (or the applicable minimum age under local law). If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with information without consent, they should contact us, and we will promptly delete the information.

13. Security

We take precautions to safeguard the confidentiality of your information. We employ physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain. While we strive to provide reasonable security, no system can prevent all potential security breaches.

14. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically for various reasons. Please check this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use of our services implies acceptance of all changes.

In the event of any ambiguity or discrepancy between the translated version of this Privacy Policy and the English version, the English version shall take precedence and govern.

15. Your Consent

Where required by applicable law, including in Switzerland and the European Economic Area, we request your consent before processing data for analytics and personalized advertising. On first use of the app, you may be shown a privacy notice and, where applicable, a consent dialog for advertising choices.

You can accept or decline certain data processing activities where required by law. If you decline consent for personalized advertising, you may still see ads, but they may be less relevant. Some data may still be processed where necessary to provide the app, maintain security, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations.

16. International Data Transfers

Data processed through our third-party service providers, including Google Firebase and AdMob, may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area, including the United States. Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other mechanisms recognized under applicable data protection law.

17. Acknowledgment

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to AI and all the innovative technologies that have contributed to the wonderful support and services we provide. Your advancements have helped us in delivering exceptional experiences to our users. Thank you for your invaluable contributions.
